Integrated in-line six-axis right-angle articulated soldering robot
1.The innovative six-axis right-angle articulated soldering robot isindependently invented and has been granted patent of invention. It can
memorize the attitude of soldering iron so as to meet SMT manufacturers’
requirements for frequent line change due to multi-varieties and small-
batch production. Besides, it can meet the complicated soldering
requirements where there is one type of product that needs multiple iron
attitudes after it’s installed and clamped once. This robot can reduce
the times of installation and clamp, increase equipment’s coefficient of
utilization and efficiency.
2. The innovative structural material is applicable to universal tooling,
which will reduce customers’ overlapping investment on tooling, increase
equipment’s coefficient of utilization while cut the cost on operation and
maintenance.
3. Industrial solid state disk is used for storage, by which, unlimited
number of soldering process files can be stored, while every file can store
unlimited number of soldering process programming points. It meets the
requirements of SMT manufacturers for various types of applications.
4. Graphical teaching, demonstrated through 12” industrial touch screen
teach pendant, is easy to operate. Human-machine teaching interface
designed by QT Linguist, as well as graphical programming are simple
for operators to learn and use. Operators feel like playing a computer
game when learning and operating.
5. Multiple advanced teaching assistant expert systems and inline laser
coordinate acquisition are offered.
6. Coordinate acquisition is achieved by machine vision.
7. Powerful off-line programming tool - manlyARTpro: CAD data can
be imported through DXF file. Coordinate acquisition of soldered dots
and soldering programming can be achieved through PCB images. Off-
line programming makes operators teach and learn without sparing
robots’ working time, which reduces programmers’ working intensity and
increases machines’ coefficient of utilization.
8. Supporting cloud computing remote intelligent expert assistant
system enables the availability of online help about soldering process,
improvement of soldering effect and programming efficiency. Thanks
to the functions of remote troubleshooting and equipment maintenance,
problems can be found timely, failures can be predicted in advance,
which will reduce equipment failure and prolong equipment lifetime.
ManlyEXPapp on mobile phones or tablet personal computers enables
operators to get to know the real-time condition of robot, production,
equipment’s data on operation and maintenance, which can increase
equipment’s synthetic value in its whole life cycle as well as return on
investment.
9. When manlyOPTapp is installed , tablet personal computer teach
pendant will easily become a fashionable wireless teach pendant by using
tablet personal computer or smart mobile phone. It’s more convenient to
operate.
10. System in-built soft PLC has multiple logic instructions that can
be integrated with external signal or equipment. With 16/8 inputs, 16/8
outputs and RS232\RS485\RS422 communication interface, it improves
the integration capability of automatic soldering machine, while saves
the expense on the procurement of PLC and reduces cost.
11. MARK point setting and identification: The optional visual
identification and positioning system can identify the location of
soldering workpiece, and then accurately position through three
dimensional motion platform. It’s applicable to set the standard of
production line where multiple toolings and mass production perform,
also applicable to position the location.
12. AOI soldering quality inline check: The optional visual identification
and check system can perform image data processing and template
comparison for the soldering points after soldering is finished. Soldering
quality can be checked inline, which improves check quality and systems’
whole efficiency while reduce workers’ work.
13. Equipped with Intel dual core embedded industrial computer, FPGA
motion controller and CPU which clock speed is up to 2GHz, powerful
arithmetic capability is achieved. It takes less time to refresh speed. Pulse
output of electric motor can reach 5Mpps. Speed-up and slow-down can
be controlled perfectly by motion controller. Up to 8-axis interpolation
can be achieved. Machine vision controller can be integrated.
14. Explosion-proof solder feeding system can avoid the formation of
solder ball and meet the requirement of cleaning solder. Customized
special iron tip for solder machine can fulfill various soldering methods
and applications. Special iron tip compatible with drag soldering and spot
soldering can reduce times of installation and clamp, so that efficiency is
increased.
15. High-power heating controller guarantees the stability of continuous
soldering. Function of approaching point can prevent poor soldering
caused by ragged pin. Input control signal can be connected externally
while control signal output can be controlled. Automatic cleaning
function makes program more optimized, so that the maximum
production efficiency can be achieved.
16. The optional PCB pre-heating system ensures soldering quality and increases rate of finished products
